At the same time as the start of the holidays in Thuringia, the Städtische Nahverkehrsgesellschaft Suhl Zella-Mehlis (SNG) is launching its new mobile customer service. As the first public transport service provider in Thuringia, SNG is using the MYFAVORITO app to directly provide passengers with current information, reward regular customers with loyalty campaigns, and raise awareness of SNG through attractive giveaways.

The first promotion is the giveaway of ten student holiday tickets! To participate, simply scan the QR code and download MYFAVORITO for free from the App Store (iPhone, iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Once SNG is added as a favorite in the app, all subscribers will receive a daily chance to win great prizes, as well as exclusive, important information about schedules, special promotions, and more, directly on their mobile phones.
